Over the past five years, we’ve grown in size and reputation quickly by hiring exceptionally talented people who truly care about getting results for the businesses we partner with, then providing them with the tools, support and training they need to excel.

Our creative team alone has grown from zero to nine members in the past 18 months, and the wider business is currently on pace to double in size again within the next 12 months. As such, we’re searching for an inspiring Senior/Creative Strategist to help create content to power the growth of pioneering DTC brands and build on our existing reputation for excellence.

A rapidly growing department designing and delivering paid advertising creative that just works. We offer strategy, full high-end production, low-fi influencer or user-generated content (UGC), and asset design services combining a mix of photography, videography, motion graphics, copywriting and much more. Each of our team members is empowered to be a cross-channel specialist. Everyone works and communicates closely with each other at all levels of the business.
We’re looking for a Sr/Creative Strategist to join us who is excited about taking on a new challenge and quickly growing with us as a business. This is a rare opportunity to join a rapidly growing department, taking on a lot of responsibility as we flesh out our in-demand and rapidly evolving creative offering.
If you have a passion for consumer psychology, direct response marketing, brand building, discovering social trends, helping businesses grow and are keen to have a lot of fun doing it – this is the role for you.
Day to day you will work closely with our Design & Paid Media Teams at all levels to come up with and brief in content ideas, structures and scripts for our clients’ paid social advertising channels. You’ll get data back on what’s working and what isn’t, enabling you to create recommendations for iterations and entirely net-new concepts to continue driving business growth.
Experience in creative strategy, whether as a stand-alone Creative Strategist or as a core part of your role as a performance marketer, is a requirement. While support is always on-hand, you will be expected to be able to operate with a high degree of independence from the get-go.
