BARK is a great place to work! The people are friendly and welcoming and the culture is really enjoyable with regular socials! It has also allowed me to develop a range of skills, aided by the fact that we work closely with clients, much like an in-house team, meaning we help grow their business through multiple channels rather than being siloed to one.

BARK for me it's not just a workplace, it's a nurturing canvas where my creativity blossoms as a Motion Designer. The unwavering support and camaraderie within the team makes every challenge a shared triumph, shaping a journey where growth is not just encouraged, but celebrated!

I love the flat structure here at BARK where my ideas are always valued. The flexibility that BARK means that I’m never burnt out and I can always bring the best version of myself to my work. Working on a wide range of interesting clients at different stages in their growth journey has exponentially widened my experience.

Team spirit is really important at Bark, so you’re not only working alongside some of the best in the business but your professional goals are a priority too. The culture is also great with regular socials so it’s a really friendly environment to work in.

There’s a real focus on the “bigger picture” for the brands we work with outside of just what goes on in the platforms. This means getting a deeper understanding of the business which is really interesting and I think can often be overlooked by agencies. As a result we've been able to build strong relationships whilst working with great people.
