Growth Manager (Performance Marketing) (Remote-Office Hybrid)

You’re a paid media addict who wants to help high growth eCommerce brands & apps grow even faster.


The Role

We’re looking for a Growth Manager to join us who is excited about taking on a new challenge and growing with us as a business.

Day to day, you will be a part of the full client lifecycle: everything from new business and onboarding new clients, to leading in ad accounts (Google & Facebook) and growing our clients’ businesses for the long term through effective strategy, analysis and optimisation.

You must be switched on, ambitious, have a positive attitude and a desire to learn new things, as well as the ability to pick yourself up after making mistakes.

Ideally you should have at least 2-4 years’ experience in performance marketing or an eCommerce focused role, either agency or client side, whether that is Paid Social or Google PPC.

We do a fair amount of company socials, hangouts, breaks, events and meetups (Covid permitting) and you’ll be expected to have fun and create some of the best work of your career. But it’s important to recognise things won’t always be a walk in the park. We expect a lot from each other, particularly given we’re a remote business where results do the talking.
